About the brand

It is a brand of Therapeutic Herbs that was born in 2023 and resulted from Mariana's passion for the therapeutic properties of plants and her belief in the prevention of pathologies and self-healing through Nature.

Mariana is a Naturopathy student and this brand was created with her desire to put her knowledge of phytotherapy, medicinal plants and natural and functional medicine into practice.

-Nothing was by chance-

The choice of plants was carefully thought out, based on their function, therapeutic indications, flavor, tropism, target organ, in accordance with the principles of Naturopathy, Western and Eastern Phytotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

All herbal teas are composed of a set of plants, thought out in detail, one by one, so that they become a perfect synergy that promotes the intended global therapeutic effects.

- The process -

All plants are of biological origin and the blends are made in Gouveia, a small town on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, Mariana's hometown and her place of peace and comfort.

- The Holistic aspect -

Knowing that we are one organism, that all organs and organ systems are interconnected and that the body is inseparable from the mind, then: complete healing is only possible with the integration of physical, mental, emotional and relational healing.

We are beings belonging to nature and we have all its elements within us. Its specific characteristics and changes have a direct influence on us.
